Grooming yourself like regularly washing your hair, taking care of your nails, or learning new ways to help your skin makes a big difference. 5. Give Yourself a Break
No one is perfect. No matter how hard you try, you’re going to mess up at some point. Since you know this, the best thing you can do is be prepared to give yourself a break.
